以貫徹台灣動物保護法，維護與提升台灣國際形象為宗旨
台灣動物法律扶助協會 Taiwan Animal Legal Aid (簡稱動物法扶、法扶協會)，對於需要動物法律幫助，提供免費諮詢與協助。
本協會僅接受與動物保護法相關之刑事案件，
恕不接受民事訴訟案件。
我們主要任務如下：
一、動物保護法律常識宣導活動。
二、促進動物保護議題之國際交流。
三、協助民眾透過法律途徑處理動物相關案件。
凡是台灣動保法之定義所涵蓋的動物 (指犬、貓及其他人為飼養或管領之脊椎動物，包括經濟動物、實驗動物、寵物及其他動物)，都是動物法扶所關心和協助的對象。
我們是 Veganism 純素主義的支持者，深信動物不應被人類剝削與虐待，特別是時尚和飲食界。我們反對皮草與皮革，如果美麗要建立在犧牲生命之上，就毫無美麗可言。
對於飲食，我們也強烈贊同吃素。除了避免經濟動物爲人類犧牲，也助地球環保一臂之力。
我們很榮幸成為支持 People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals 國際善待動物組織的一份子。我們反對動物實驗、反對把動物變成娛樂或消遣的對象。我們不贊同馬戲團、動物園 (野生保育類型除外)、水族館，反對動物騎乘或其他以展演的方式對待動物，也不贊同以文化之名去虐待任何動物。
Taiwan Animal Legal Aid is established to be a charity whose purpose is to enforce Animal Protection Act by undertaking any of the following activities:
- Promoting and supporting animal protection legislation and legal knowledge to the public;
- Initiate and facilitate international dialogue on animal welfare in the field of law; and
- Filing lawsuits to protect animals from harm, providing free legal assistance to public in fighting against animal abuse.
We care greatly about the welfare of all animals, including not limited to domestic pets and others. We are on our way to be Vegan and PETA certified, demonstrating our support to animals of all kinds.
